EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The proposed agreement provides floats, decorations, and setup services for the community parade. The event will take place at Storybook Park. Council is asked to approve the $15,000 agreement and authorize the City Manager to execute it.
BACKGROUND / PRIOR ACTION
Council approved the community parade concept on June 10, 2026. Staff subsequently obtained proposals for event production services.

Current FY Impact: $15,000 expenditure for parade production services
Total / Multi-Year Impact: N/A; the agreement covers a single event with no future-year obligations
Funding Source: General Fund, Community Events account

RESPONSIBLE STAFF / FOLLOW-UP
Mickey Mouse will coordinate agreement execution and work with Goofy’s Parade Productions to complete setup before the event.
