The City Council will conduct a public hearing and consider a zoning change request from AG to PUD for property located at 123 Main Street.

BACKGROUND
The applicant has submitted a request to rezone the subject property to allow for proposed development.
ANALYSIS
The request is consistent with the Future Land Use Plan and surrounding development patterns. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval.
